This antique book titled "Rainy Day Pastimes for Children" by Baroness von Palm was published in 1910 by Dana Estes & Company in Boston. This hardcover book is filled with engaging activities done with children at the turn of the century and is complete with illustrations to make it easy for the ready to duplicate the activities in their home. The pages are thicker than usual. The book is in great shape given its age. The binding is intact and the pages are clean. There are small creases in a few of the pages that do not affect the integrity or readability of the book. I did not see any tears. The cover has signs of wear that are consistent with its age (it could use a cleaning). This book would be a great addition to any collection of antique children’s literature and has activities that can be done today just as in 1910.
